Bob McDowell has nearly 20 years’ experience in the Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement arena. His broad experience includes guidance and communication of everchanging reimbursement and regulatory issues, and review and analysis of complex strategic issues related to healthcare systems and facilities. He has been a director at both rural and urban health systems where he guided them to safeguard and improve reimbursement and oversaw their Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting.
Bob received a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
