BESLER is pleased to announce the addition of Randi Deckard as Vice President, Reimbursement Strategies.
Randi joins BESLER with over twenty years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on managing customer success and growth. Randi most recently served as VP of Sales at IntelliCentrics, a global healthcare technology company. In her role, she maintained strategic business relationships, collaborated on GTM strategy with the Commercial team, and led the team to increase the market share of the latest service offering.
She is customer-obsessed and is currently an Ambassador for the Value Exchange, an online skill-building community for CS, CX, EX & Marketing teams. She holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Alberta, is NPS certified, and is an active member of the HFMA.
